Weekly or one-time checks of the outside of your entire property. Pictures can be sent to calm your nerves after a weather event. We can also check docks and boats to ensure they are secure.

Option 2
Weekly checks of the outside of your entire property along with a walkthrough of your cabin and outbuildings including the following:
- A check of heating and security systems to ensure they are on and working properly
- Making sure sump pumps are keeping up with water issues
- Weekly inside and out property check-$125/month
